UHT Milk

UHT milk is milk that has been pasteurized at an ultra-high temperature and packaged in sterilized containers. Unopened UHT milk can be stored at room temperature and has a longer shelf life than milk that has undergone regular pasteurization. UHT pasteurization has little effect on milk’s nutritional value.
