Co-owner, Demos for Dietitians

The Program

Demos for Dietitians was developed in 2012 by two registered dietitians passionate about using delicious, real food to empower others to make changes in their eating for the long term. Stephanie Clairmont and Adam Hudson provide health professionals with information and tools needed to create and implement interactive food-focused programs. They recently have launched an online culinary program and facilitated a Culinary Boot Camp for Dietitians of Canada at the 2013 National Conference in Victoria.
